About the Event
The Casey African Food & Music Festival, proudly presented by Afrimate Australia, is a vibrant, family-friendly celebration of African culture, music, food and community. Get ready to bring your dance shoes, with DJs rotating throughout the day and bringing the best of Amapiano, Afrobeats, Rhumba, African classics and more. Come hungry and explore a fantastic range of African and international food stalls, while families can enjoy plenty of activities for children, including jumping castles, face painting, hair braiding, arts and crafts and more.
We encourage you to bring your picnic rugs, chairs and blankets, settle in with family and friends, and enjoy a relaxed day filled with music, food, entertainment and community connection.
Whether you're coming to dance, eat, relax, connect or experience African culture, there is something for everyone.
ONE COMMUNITY. ONE CELEBRATION. ONE BIG AFRICAN VIBE!
